SwissPeaks continues to attract interest in its online survey programming and hosting capabilities, having just completed projects with Midge Clayton, and Ruth Betts Market Research. Both clients are members of the Independent Consultants Group, a group that now represents over 350 consultants in market research and related areas, based mainly in the UK.

The project undertaken with Ruth Betts Market Research was on behalf of a large accountancy institute based in London. SwissPeaks programmed the 15 minute survey using Confirmit. The client required a clean, professional looking survey that incorporated a complex script for competitor brand selection. The selection criteria was custom-built based primarily on responses to previous questions, with each competitor brand, in addition, allocated a weighting factor. SwissPeaks programming ensured that some of the brands were given a higher probability of selection during the process.

There has become a growing need for online surveys to have more technical sophistication embedded into the programming, thus enabling clients to reach out to respondents in a highly controlled and exact manner. This survey required a solution that catered to such detail and through our continued use of Confirmit we were able to acquire the necessary levels of functionality and flexibility to meet the exact client requirements. The customer satisfaction questionnaire was aimed at business executives, and as a result, the survey needed to flow seamlessly and be hosted in an extremely professional looking environment in order to retain the interest of the target audience.

In addition to the online survey programming and hosting, SwissPeaks were able to provide the tabular analysis in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner.

SwissPeaks new client project this month, was conducted with Midge Clayton on behalf of a major financial institution. Midge specialises in financial research and came to SwissPeaks based on a recommendation received via a fellow ICG member. SwissPeaks emulated the survey as previously conducted by his client, providing a clean effective 5-minute questionnaire for the financial based audience to work with.

SwissPeaks created the survey and exported the final data to MS Excel as required. SwissPeaks' ability to not only create and host surveys but to conduct analysis and export the data to any format was evident here.
